Anxiety is a physiological mechanism, essential to our very survival is a state of activation of the organism to deal with situations that we consider dangerous or potentially so.

Who suffers from this disorder type, or those who share life with someone who suffers, knows how debilitating limited and complicated life can become the . Even the simplest tasks can become impossible to deal with and live.
